Beschreibung
Venezia Giulia IGT still white wine, 15% ABV, produced by Vie di Romans. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon, 0.75 l bottle, 2021 vintage. A white born from the passion of the Gallo family, who have been dedicated to viticulture in Friuli for over a century. Since 1978, the company has been led by Gianfranco, who, through rigorous and bold viticultural choices combined with a careful oenological interpretation, has established a qualitative style of great personality, which has distinguished the Vie di Romans company for the last twenty years. The Gallo family’s commitment to the world of vines and wine began over a century ago and has manifested itself over time through the work and dedication of people like Basilio, Stelio, Gianfranco, and their families. Notes of fruit jam and citrus fruit are well-integrated with aromas deriving from the barrel aging. The excellent olfactory finesse and broad aromatic spectrum reveal such harmony that the individual components are no longer distinguishable. Deep straw yellow. Great consistency and compactness with aromatic notes that develop over time. The acidity blends very well with the extractive and structural components of the wine. A harmonious profile that leaves a velvety and savory finish.
