Still red from the prestigious Côte de Brouilly AOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Chateau Thivin. 100% Gamay, 2023 vintage. A wine that embodies the Beaujolais tradition, with a history dating back to 1877. Aromas of hawthorn, peonies, and cherries, with a touch of minerality. Garnet red with bluish reflections. Round on the palate, accompanied by aromas of red fruit. Spicy finish.
