A still red from the Jura region of France, 11% ABV, produced by Domaine de la Borde. 100% Poulsard, a native grape variety that perfectly expresses the character of the terroir. 2023 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A wine that embodies the producer’s philosophy, focused on sustainability and enhancing the terroir. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented using indigenous yeasts, without the use of synthetic molecules. Intriguing aromas of red fruit are complemented by spicy notes that evoke the wine’s complexity. On the palate, the wine is delicate, with hints of pepper, inviting a second sip.
