Still red Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Giovanni Rosso. 100% Nebbiolo blend. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Nebbiolo from the Serralunga d’Alba vineyards, in the heart of Piedmont. The grapes are hand-harvested in October and vinified with maceration in concrete vats for approximately 25 days. Aged for approximately 12 months in 25hl oak barrels from the Fontainebleau forest. A wine with an intense and penetrating bouquet, with hints of dog rose, blackberry, wild strawberry, peach, and sweet spices.
